Busbar is composed by several layers of 0.1mm or 0.2mm thick copper foils. This busbar thickness can be 0.4mm-4mm. These copper foils are welded by molecular diffusion welding machine. This busbar will be bolt/nut connected with cell in battery module and will service as cell connection.
